Prescription Refills

When possible please ask your pharmacy to fax refill requests to our office; please allow 48 hours for routine prescription refills. When calling the office for refills, please provide the name and dose of your medication along with your pharmacy telephone number for accuracy. Also call us at least 5-7 business days before you “run out” of medication. Check with your pharmacy first to see if prescription have been called in by our office and completed by the pharmacist.

Time permitting referrals are generated and given to you prior to leaving the office; otherwise they are processed within five business days. Please keep in mind that is your responsibility to inform us of appointments that are scheduled with specialist when a referral is needed. A change in specialist/physician being referred to may delay your original referral request. Most referrals expire within the first 30 days if not used.

Please notify front office of any changes in address, telephone number or insurance.
